Oakridge Mobile Home Park

Oakridge is a resident-owned cooperative serving all ages in Sylmar, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley with access to shopping, dining, and employment centers across the greater Los Angeles area. The community sits on 331 lots with lot rent ranging from $410 to $710 per month, inclusive of water, sewer, and trash pickup.

Pet owners can bring up to two pets (30 lbs max) into the community. A property manager is on-site to handle maintenance and tenant concerns.

The park supports an active lifestyle with a robust recreation program:
