Spring Knolls - has 380 homeowner lots and is centrally located off of Via Princesa.  The clubhouse has a number of facilities including 2 pools, spa, and exercise room. 

The HOA serves its members by providing general services such as garbage pick up and maintaining common areas and roads.  There are regular member activities such as Bingo, travel outings, physical fitness groups, barbecue lunches, and a range of other fun activities.
