You will love this country setting in the Oak Crest Retirement community. Smaller park with leased lots--current lot lease only $670/mo and includes water, sewer and trash. This unit has barely been lived in for the last 11 years. Owners used it as a vacation home. Newer floors in most of it, brand new microwave, updated stove. Large covered porch in the front, listed as a 2 BR but also has an office. Kitchen is made with space to dine, laundry room, large living room, shed in back with electricity, RV clean out to septic. Nicely sited in the back of the community with a wooded backyard.
