One bedroom, one bath, large carport, window a/c units in living room and bedroom, the kitchen is open for easy entertaining. There is a large bonus room where you can entertain guests or just enjoy the view with your morning coffee and reading material. The back yard is partially fenced. You can enjoy the view of the saltwater bayou nearby, dolphins playing and manatees swimming along with other wildlife. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Enjoy a game of bingo at the clubhouse and enjoy our coffee hour on Thursdays or game time several days a week from 1PM until 3PM.
