Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located with a large screen room and very large utility/storage attached storage room. The home does need TLC however.... If you are looking for a forever home or a retreat from the weather up north during cold seasons, we will be glad to assist you in that transition. With access to the chain of lakes and only 50 miles from the resort areas in Orlando. We have a large club house that has a pool table, a library, and a laundry. Outside activities include Shuffleboard, and Horseshoes. Our active social club keeps the park residents busy with Bingo, Card and Board Games, Corn Hole, Potluck Dinners, and a variety of small group activities. We have a boat launch that goes into the canal which leads into the Chain of Lakes.
