Shadow Ridge Estates has been rated as the most appealing and one of the best maintained manufactured housing communities in the state of Utah. There are wide streets with gutter and sidewalks on both sides of the street all throughout the entire park. Every lot space has a front yard which we encourage residents to keep maintained with lawn, borders, shrubs and flowers. Many front yards have been landscaped using decorative rock, pea gravel or bark which cuts down on their water expense during spring and summer months. We are a family park with about 50/50 families with children as opposed to elderly. We are a gated community that is close to an LDS church, close to the elementary school and very conveniently located to stores and recreational facilities of any type.
