Bennett Park Cooperative

Bennett Park Cooperative is a resident-owned community in Moorhead, Minnesota, offering all-ages living with a cooperative ownership model. Located on the south side near 3rd Avenue, the park provides direct access to Moorhead’s shopping, dining, and services while maintaining a residential setting.

The community spans 63 lots with wide, paved streets and city water service. Pet-friendly policies welcome dogs of any size and cats, making it accessible for families with multiple pets. Monthly lot rent ranges from $400–$1,100 depending on lot size and amenities.

As a resident-owned cooperative, Bennett Park is managed by and for its residents through ROC USA, a national network supporting community ownership. The park has operated since 1953 and currently has several lots available. The cooperative model means residents have a direct voice in community decisions and long-term stability.
