Whispering Pines Housing Community

Whispering Pines is an all-ages community on Midland’s west side, about 10 minutes from downtown and local shopping. Midland’s economy centers on energy and industrial sectors, with a growing downtown district and seasonal outdoor recreation nearby.

The park centers on active recreation - basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoes, a playground, and a clubhouse create regular gathering spots for residents. The community maintains 105 paved lots with off-street parking throughout.

Utilities simplify things: city water, sewer, and trash pickup are included with lot rent, so residents don’t manage those separately. Pets are welcome (up to two dogs or cats with a monthly fee), making it accessible to pet owners.

Monthly lot rent ranges from $450 to $750 depending on lot size and location. The on-site sales office can walk you through available lots and current inventory. Cold winters are typical for the region, so the paved streets and standard infrastructure handle seasonal weather well.
