Description

Conway Commons is a land lease/rental senior/55 and over manufactured/modular home community. Our lots are a minimum of 50' by 100' and can accommodate single or double wide units. We are located approximately 4 miles north east of Petoskey, Michigan on US 31 across from Cooked Lake. We have it all: fishing, swimming, boating, hunting, , snowmobiling, hiking, and down hill skiing and cross country skiing. Conway Commons park has been under the same ownership for 32 years.
