Montevalle of Scotts Valley is a resident-owned cooperative serving adults 55 and older in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Established in 1969, the 220-lot community reflects decades of resident stewardship. As a ROC, residents have direct say in management and community direction, a meaningful distinction from traditionally managed parks. The on-site property manager supports day-to-day operations.
