This park is located in-town and is within easy walk to other parts of town. On site laundry room. Mobile homes and RVs need to be at least 22 feet and built after 1980. No sub-rentals. Must own trailer and be owner occupied. No co-signers, all units pay flat fee of $8.00 for sewer and each unit is metered separately.
Park is more geared towards adults rather than little children, but all ages are welcome. Bus stops at the park exit. Close to shopping center, GYM, gas station and assorted stores
