Northwood is an all-ages community in Lewisville, a city in Denton County with direct access to major employment centers and shopping corridors via Highway 121. The park sits on a major thoroughfare, making commutes to Dallas and surrounding areas manageable for working residents.

Established in 1968, the community has grown to 452 lots and maintains an on-site management team and sales office. With utilities included in lot rent-water, sewer, and trash pickup-residents have predictable monthly costs. The park is pet friendly, though restrictions apply.
