Sun Retreats Hay Bay, formerly Pickerel Park RV Resort & Campground, features more than 700 feet of shoreline and 21 acres of shaded woodlands to enjoy. The resort offers over 200 RV sites and vacation cottage ownership for seasonal stays in beautiful Ontario. While long-term seasonal stays are welcome, we do not offer overnight camping or vacation rentals.

The resort offers wonderful amenities and activities, including a heated pool, horseshoes, live music, bingo and games for kids. Anglers and outdoorsmen love our lake and wooded surroundings, as well as fishing supplies and cleaning stations.

Napanee, Ontario, is a fun and scenic city with great golf courses and places to play outside. Get in touch with nature at the beautiful parks and reserves in this scenic southeastern town of Ontario.

The streets in the community are paved, and are of an average street width. The water in the community is sourced from the city and the sewer system is city provided. Parking is off-street The community has 200 parking spaces available for RVs.

Managed on-site by Sun Communities, Inc. Sun Retreats Hay Bay is an affordable housing choice for active, family-friendly living. This well-maintained community has easy access to local schools, recreation, shopping and entertainment.
