Sun Outdoors Marathon, formerly Pelican RV Resort & Marina, gives you access to 300 feet of secluded waterfront nestled along the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our RV park and motel feature 16 boat slips, a fishing area and fish cleaning station. Our full-hookup sites each include a private picnic table, WiFi access, water, sewer, electricity, and cable for one low rate!

Visitors without an RV can book at our original Keys-style motel. Built in the 1950’s, it boasts old style charm with modern/updated rooms. It is rumored that some guests have met our own resident ghost. Local lore suggests our eternal visitor chose to stay with us after Hurricane Donna.

Whether you choose to stay in your RV or our motel, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool, a waterfront chickee hut, and a large community grill.  During sunset gatherings, mingle with our permanent residents for insider info on the community, learn where the good fishing spots are, or just enjoy the friendly company. Pets are welcome, but please note that they are limited to the RV section of the community.

The streets in the community are paved, and are of an average street width. The water in the community is sourced from the city and the sewer system is city provided. Parking is off-street The community has 0 parking spaces available for RVs.
