Our scenic community at Riverside Drive Park is situated on 65 acres of wooded grounds that includes the Riggs Branch stream, which runs through the property. Families who live at Riverside Drive enjoy the affordability of our modern manufactured homes, along with the look and feel of a residential subdivision.

Spend some time at the Brook Bond Recreation Area or Kennebec River Rail Trail, which runs 6.5 miles between Augusta to Gardiner and is an ideal, scenic route for walkers, hikers, bikers or skateboarders.
