Explore 310 beautiful acres of our RV camp in California, filled with history dating back to 1845. Put on your boots and hats (spurs optional), come to our RV camp in coastal California, and experience the Western atmosphere of Rancho Oso from our RV camping sites.

Policies & General Information
- Campsite Check-in: 12 noon
- Campsite Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Rental Check-in: 4 p.m.
- Rental Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
- Guests aged 17 years old and under at the time of check-in are considered children.

- Pets are allowed.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.

Reservation & Payment Policies:
- To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- By using a credit card for a despoit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MH Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incured during my stay to that credit card or apply funds I have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
Cancellation Policies
In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be issued for early check out.
- RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- Daily and weekly reservations: For cancelations recieved less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
- Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations recieved less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
Helpful Information:
- Our one mile paved entry road is winding and narrow in spots. Please use caution.
- Tent camping base rate is for one vehicle per site. Second vehicle per site is additional $20/night. Maximum of six people/two tents per site.
- RV sites are base rate for RV (motorhome or car/truck pulling trailer or 5th wheel). Second vehicle is $10/night. Maximum six people/site with one tent per RV site.
- The Los Padres Forest Service has lifted the fire ban, so wood and charcoal fires are now allowed in the designated campsites. Please continue to be firewise.
