Foothill Village RV Resort is located in East Yuma known as The Foothills area. We are a small, friendly, clean resort of 160 sites with a BIG resort atmosphere. The location of this Yuma RV resort is an easy walk to restaurants, beauty and barber shops, a small fully stocked grocery store and dancing at Mickey B's. The library, post office, 3 golf courses and Walmart are within a 5 mile radius. Foothill Village RV Resort offers pool tables, library,TV lounge, puzzle room and cornhole.
If we can't keep you busy enough here at a Yuma RV resort, there are two casinos, swap meets, garage sales, Yuma Palms Mall and Mexico just a short drive from here. Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant, fun place to PLAY for the winter.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICIES:
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Rates based on 4 people (2 adults/2 children).
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- RV CAMPSITES: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
- DAILY AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to $250.
- EXTENDED STAYS: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
Monthly and Seasonal
- Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards.
- A $50 utility deposit is required for stays of 30 days or more.
- A cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival, or before September 1st, applies to any monthly or seasonal reservation. Less than 60 days will receive no refund. Your deposit will be held for a future stay to be used within one year or the following season.
