Ardmor Village is an established all-ages community in Lakeville, a growing suburb south of Minneapolis. Located on Cedar Avenue South, the park sits within easy reach of shopping, dining, and services in Lakeville’s commercial corridors, as well as quick access to I-35 for commuters heading into the Twin Cities.

The community spans 339 lots. On-site management and paved streets support day-to-day operations. Recreation amenities include a swimming pool and playground, making it suitable for families and active residents.

The park has been in operation since 1972 and uses city water and sewer systems. Pets are welcome with a one-per-home limit and breed restrictions in place. Off-street parking is available throughout the community.
