Golden Acres Mobile Home Park

Golden Acres is a resident-owned, age-restricted community designed for residents 55 and older. Located on Main Street in Dunedin, the park offers an intimate setting with just four lots, creating a close-knit environment where neighbors know each other.

Dunedin sits on Florida’s west coast in Pinellas County, roughly 20 miles northwest of Tampa. The area offers a small-town feel with convenient access to Gulf beaches, shopping, dining, and healthcare. The climate is typical of central Florida - hot and humid - though the coastal location provides occasional sea breezes.

Lot rent is all-inclusive, covering water, sewer, trash pickup, lawn mowing, and landscaping. Residents own their homes and lots, with monthly fees ranging from $475 to $625. The community uses well water and a septic system.
