Very disappointed!

I recently moved here from Florida and I am extremely disappointed. I arrived to water flowing down the street like a river. It puddles up on the concrete slab meant for a table/chair . Its cracked in 3 areas which they flatly refused to repair. I bought this left over 2024 on the market for almost a year. They didn’t even bother to check if the unit was prepared for delivery. I was spoon fed the amount of money I would need as opposed to receiving a good faith estimate. I was informed a day bf leaving that I needed an additional $1400. I was then asked to delay my move 3 days! This after it was well known I needed the key on the first. I am a disabled senior which doesn’t seem to matter to them but I have CPTSD and did not expect to have a breakdown upon arrival. I had to go to the electric company to put down a deposit. It was pouring rain and I couldn’t park the vehicle which was towing my car. I was 2 hrs in the rain. The home was dirty and there was urine on the toilet seat !
