This place is an absolute disgrace of all trailer parts in the country.

First off the owner is an alcoholic that has mood swings depending on his alcohol consumption. He repeatedly has other neighbors spying on each other and defaming and slandering select individuals. Everyone has a different set of rules. Hardly any of the street lights work there are potholes throughout each lane in the trailer park. Some residents are forced to sell or get rid of their vehicles yet others are able to have junk ones on their property without any repercussion. There is a car on one of the lanes that has been there for at least 20 years that is constantly falling apart and no one has been held responsible to remove it or fix it it's just there. The owner constantly tells the personal business of its residents to other people significantly impacting income friendships social standing and overall quality of life. Be ready to be manipulated, disrespected, and degraded if you aren't part of the select group of his goons.
