Not a good place to move to

My daughter has a mobile home at Maryville MHP. She's lived there for 12 years. Her father bought the mobile home for her, so that she wouldn't have to worry about paying high rent. The lot rent was $250 when she first moved there. She had to take a double wide lot because the mobile home was extra long. Since then her lot rent has gone up numerous times, especially since a new company bought the mobile home park. I tried to find the name of the company online, but nothing came up. It is odd because she can't call anyone. She can only text. She received a text today that indicates that she owes $727.51 and she is in shock. The last time the lot rent was raised it was $595 which in my opinion is a ridiculous amount to pay for a lot. She doesn't even have access to outside water so that she can clean the sides of her trailer. She texted this new company about the amount that it says that she owes, but has not received an answer. She is now responsible for mowing her lawn.
