It used to be a beautiful park 😕

My in-laws live at Royal Estates. When they moved in the pond and fountain and the rest of the park was very beautiful. It seems that ever since your company took over the park, it's gone downhill 😕 It seems that you have upgraded the Clubhouse though. However, that isn't really benefiting the residents because you put a $50 rental fee on renting the Clubhouse. And I would say the majority of your residents are on a fixed income and can't afford to rent it! Also I think it's inhumane that you are not filling the pond or having the fountain running! The waterfowl has lived there for many years and they deserve to have water, not a mud muck where the ducks are getting stuck. There are also 4 angel wing Canadian geese that can't fly and they have nowhere else to go. And Canada geese are protected in the United States under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
