Awful

New ownership is terrible. They cut the trees on the property for money and leave the stumps in the yard. Tons of feral cats run around. The land owner Fines you for the "mess" the cats leave in your lawn. The also bill you extra for water even though its well water. The people within the community are fantastic couldn't ask for better neighbors. The physical land owner and management its just plain awful.
