Slumlords

Have been at this park for about 3 years and would move if the market weren't so ridiculous. Essentially as a tenet at this location, you are chained to a lack of management and NO on site manager. They rarely reply to calls or emails. They over charge for amenities provided. Trash company they picked is a Canadian company and does a poor job, forcing people to bring their containers to the trucks as they are not able to drive well. Maintenance is a joke, practically non existent. Rates go up every six months (currently $650/month), charges are added with no explanation nor ability to dispute. No notification of water outages and no empathy if you don't have water. If you report anything, they then inspect your lot and attempt to find issues with you. This is just the tip of the iceberg, you decide.
