Kings bay trailer park

I live in this park and I can guarantee that the roads are not paved. They are dirt roads that have craters in them that will swallow your vehicles. Water stands under almost every trailer. The owner does not want to fix anything, or hear complaints from residents. So if you are looking to buy this place. Please talk to the residents first. They know what’s really going on. Not to mention that the sewer lines are out of date. Causing sewer problems throughout the park. The owners refuse to fix.
