Money hungry

I have lived here since 2019. Since the new owners have taken over a few years ago, my rent has tripled. They do not fix anything when told about it. But they will fine you for little things and say they are trying to better the “community”. I have told them about a leak in the ground that is unfortunately in part of my yard for MONTHS, SEVERAL MONTHS. It has ruined half my yard, the misquotes are unbearable at night, my kids can’t play outside bc of how mushy our yard is and can’t play in the street area bc it’s against the “rules”. My shed inside my yard has sunk so much bc of the water leak, the back of my shed floor is now mud, from it sinking and shifting the back window is broken and my door doesn’t lock properly bc of it no longer being aligned. They stated the leak would be “fixed shortly”; that was a month ago. Not sure what “shortly” means to them. If I had the funds to move my home I would in a heartbeat. Don’t waste your money, time, and sanity renting here. I have proof to
