Unprofessional

I had a very unsettling experience with this property management company. A group of people showed up at my doorstep unannounced, claiming they were there to do an inspection. They did not identify themselves, provide any paperwork, or show any badges, leaving me confused and scared. I was home alone with my minor child, and their aggressive behavior—trying to enter my home without proper notice—was extremely frightening. When I asked who they were and what they wanted, they refused to provide clear answers. They demanded my house key, even though I was previously assured during the lease signing that the management company already had a copy of the key and that I wouldn’t need to provide another. This entire situation was poorly handled, with no communication or professionalism. Imagine being alone with your child and having strangers trying to enter your home without explanation—it’s unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property management company based on this experience.
