Bad place to live!

The owner of this place has it set up with a motel license to avoid having to actually keep up the trailers. He can also evict you anytime and raise the rent anytime he wants due to this. All of the trailers are roach infested, walls and floors caving in and some are even barely being held up on wood beams! These pictures are nothing what it looks like. Imagine the most beat up run down trailer park and that’s exactly what it looks like. People speed and our car was hit by someone who took off due to the speeding. It’s not safe, it’s not maintained and it’s disgusting.
