Third world country living

Terrible! Trashy yards, weeds as tall as homes, fights, ect. Illegals living the same as they did. Nothing is included with rent. You pay your own water, sewer, and garbage. No recycling pickup. Managers ran from it, moved out of town. Have family to supposably do work, have never seen them do anything. Kids begging door to door for food. Burning trash in the back yard. Homes falling apart and no one around to manage the madness. Lot rent is much higher than other courts, with zero to show for it. Nothing for kids to do and zero community activities.
