Greedy Greedy People!
This place is not as described!!! Roads are a disaster, they say we are responsible for gravel in driveways, no trash pickup, no street lights. Rent goes up every year! They get richer and people here get poorer. Now you can't even send in lot rent it has to be zelled directly to them. They don't care anything about the welfare of their tenants. There have been times the park has been without any water for days and they seem to not care! This is not a place to live! Feel like I'm stuck because of paying such high lot rent because I still have mortgage payments. We get notices in mail boxes that are plain nasty, full of rules and hateful. They say they provide water, its well water!

Money hungry slum lords
This park is not paved and has pot holes the size of tires all throughout. It does not offer any trash service and the water is on a community well. Homes are on septic and the landlord will not regularly have it pumped, only if there is a problem. The rent has steadily went up since the owner relinquished the property to her daughter with promises of improvement but never any follow through. The lot rent is the same no matter how many people are in the home—1 or 15. Doesn’t matter. 20+ years ago it was going to be paved with streetlights and a playground. Had trash services on site and now none of that has happened, only continual rent raises with no improvements made to the property. Avoid at all costs!!
