Not Senior Friendly

This park is no longer a senior park. They rent to anyone that can pass the application process. No onsite management. No security. No maintenance. The space rent is currently $715 a month and you get water & sewer. Nothing else. No amenities. No immediate snow removal from the driveway lanes. No rule management. Transients randomly walking through night & day. It is partially an RV park (not to be confused with the first RV lot on Pence road).
