HORRIBLE

For $1,100 a month in rent plus $125 for water/trash it is definitely not worth it! "Maintenance" gets an attitude any time they are asked to fix anything then they do a bs job, every single time they had to fix something we have had to properly fix it after them. Every trailer is filled with mold too. Considering the trailer owner is supposedly a billionaire these house's need fixed properly or condemned!
