AVOID AT ALL COST, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT EVOKE CAPITAL. WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED

South Meadows Nacogdoches is under the worst management I've ever experienced based out of California under scum Evoke Capital "corrupt bankers", no care for the community or the good folks who live here. They raised rent 3 times in very short period of time, green mold all over property fence, homes, maintenance is horrible and two faced, avoid at all cost. They have no family values which they falsely claim. Evoke Capital has ran out, evicted, and falsely taken legal actions against me when I wasn't even under contract with them. If you value your community owners and a clean well maintained community... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. AVOID AT ALL COST.
