Under new ownership, DOUBLED rent

New ownership came in, Medallion Communities, and DOUBLED our rent in the midst of absurd inflation, while we face a potential recession and worse. It's already rough just getting groceries, I can't imagine new residents bringing in a brand-new home and paying their absurd rent on top of their house payment. Their Linked In description claims they are, "getting families into affordable housing". What on earth are these people thinking, this pushes the people who need affordable housing out!
