I've lived here for a good 20 years. it's a GREAT place to live, but the description on here says "free water". nope. $60/month and "free trash pickup". nope. $45/3 months. NO utilities are included in the lot rent (as of this writing). it's generally quiet and a short walking distance to the golf course (also not free), but on occasion, they have a field day next door at the firing range, which can get a bit noisy at times. good neighborhood with that feeling that you're living in the sticks yet being close enough to town for shopping...
