Management

We have a fairly new manager. She does not properly care for the grounds around the clubhouse. It needs to be edged mode weeds overtaking the property, and spreading to neighbors yards the bushes outside the clubhouse are so overgrown. You can’t see the clubhouse door. It’s embarrassing and I feel sorry for the people who are trying to sell their home. Number two complaint our speed limit in the park is 5 miles an hour. Our manager likes to drive like a bad out of hell, complaints by bicycles and pedestrians she exceeds the speed limit by far setting a bad example and irritating the residence. We have an unbelievable amount of cats in the park. One lady has three dogs and three cats and they’re not fixed. Another part of the park has a stray cat population right now they have masters kittens and now they have this year‘s kittens and there’s probably 20 cats living there. There’s probably about 100 cats in the park at least they defecate in my neighbors yard.
