Don't reccomend unless you like living in an HOA like setting

The park manager is a complete a-hole and is rude. Previous park manager approved many things but with her she tries to get rid of anything that was approved in the past. You will get notes on your door if there is a weed in your garden or you didnt mow in 5 days. She wants the park to look sterile and boring. Will call your ornamental plants and flowers weeds. Do not recommend unless she loses her position
