2 BED / 2 BATH DOUBLE-WIDE WITH COVERED PORCH IN CARRIAGE COVE FOR $51,695! Welcome to 469 Hansom Pkwy, a well-kept 1981 Skyline double-wide in one of Sanford's most popular all-age, pet-friendly communities. Start your mornings on the covered, tiled porch, then step through sliding glass doors into an oversized living room with a ceiling fan and room for a full sectional. The kitchen offers wraparound white cabinetry, a corner window over the sink, a pantry, an electric range and a refrigerator, and it opens to a dining area with wood-look flooring. Both bedrooms are generously sized with ceiling fans, and the second bedroom has a wall-to-wall closet. Two full bathrooms mean no waiting, and one features a tiled shower and built-in storage. A utility room holds the washer and dryer with plenty of space left over for tools and gear. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are included, and the seller will leave the home furnished with a full-price offer. Lot rent is $769.12/month and includes trash pickup plus access to the heated pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds and catch-and-release lake. Convenient to Historic Downtown Sanford, the Riverwalk, shopping, SR-417 and I-4. Community approval required. A two-bath double-wide at this price will not last, so schedule your showing today!
