2 bedroom 2 bath split plan home affords privacy with one bedroom and bath on each end of the home. It sits on a perimeter lot, affording a quiet and peaceful setting in the rear yard as it backs to a wooded area. The home has much deferred maintenance including numerous areas of soft floors, ceiling stains suggesting roof issues, and questionable plumbing problems yet is priced several thousands below what similar models are priced at. The home is ideal for the buyer that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and revive the utility this model was originally built for.
