I am selling a 1976 Homette trailer in Avon Park on Massillon Road in Uniontown, Ohio. It is close to the freeway(Akron and canton), shopping, the library, and an excellent school system. The park itself is very quiet and the neighbors have always been very friendly. There is a $125 entry fee into the park that will be refunded should you not be excepted. The lot rent is now $300 which includes your trash and parking space. Each tenant pays a separate water bill which runs me about $30 a month. The trailer itself is in very good shape. It comes with a shed wired with electric, a new central air conditioner unit, a newer hot water tank which is wrapped with insulation, and newer insulated pipes under the entire length of the trailer which you can turn on and off from two switches inside the trailer.
